1930s grey Mother of Pearl cufflinks with faux amethyst

This is an unusual pair of double sided cufflinks dating from the early part of the 20th Century. The oval faces of shimmering purple-grey Mother of Pearl have a faux amethyst in each centre and are encased in sculptured frames that test as silver. They have chain links and each face measures 21 mm by 10 mm.
