1950s French Mother of Pearl decorative cufflinks

These stylish and beautifully crafted French chromium cufflinks date from around the 1950s. The shimmering octagonal Mother of Pearl faces are set into a decorative frame whilst the sleek retainers are etched with an Art Deco geometric pattern. The faces and retainers link via a sculptured whaleback. The octagonal faces measure 14 mm across and the retainers are 20 mm long.
