‘Desdemona’ white rose and crystal floral tiara

We drew inspiration for this regal tiara from The Strathmore Rose Tiara worn by Lady Elizabeth Bowes-Lyon, the Queen Mother, for her marriage to King George VI at Westminster Abbey on 26 April 1923.

‘Desdemona’ features a garland of vintage white porcelain roses dating from the mid 1900s, each with a clear crystal in the centre. These are surrounded by sprays of rhodium plated vintage leaves and flower findings set with sparkling faceted crystals.

Regal and feminine, this contemporary interpretation of a unique 1920s tiara is perfect for the modern bride and will complement many styles of wedding gown, from Edwardian or Art Deco to indulgent lace or sculptured elegance.

This tiara is approximately 5 cm high in the centre. The band itself is wrapped with silver ribbon and there is a fixing loop at each end to ensure that it stays secure all day.
