Charming Art Deco burgundy celluloid studs box

This is a delightful and highly collectable little studs box that dates from around the 1920s/30s. The burgundy coloured celluloid box has an ivory celluloid base, and the ivory coloured lid is inset with burgundy with a single stud motif attached. Measuring approximately 60 mm x 35 mm without the stud, this Art Deco box will keep studs, cufflinks and other tiny treasures safe in one place.

This really is a rare find – over many years of sourcing similar pieces we have never come across a studs box in this design.
