1920s Harrods mother-of-pearl dress set

This handsome evening dress set by Harrods of Knightsbridge dates from around the 1920s and is in lovely vintage condition. The 8-piece set comprises double sided chainlink cufflinks, four buttons with fixing split rings and two collar studs. Each element features an octagonal chromium mount inset with a mother-of-pearl disc and finished with a single faux pearl in the centre.

The cufflinks have a six link chain and measure 13 mm across. The studs are 11 mm across while the little screw fix collar studs are 7 mm across.

We have identified the date of this set from the Harrods Ltd logo graphic printed on the satin lining the case lid. The sturdy black leather case has a push clasp and has just enough wear and tear to enhance the vintage charisma and individuality of this lovely set!
