Linear design red and black enamel vintage cufflinks

These smart double sided cufflinks have square faces with a bold linear design of red and black enamel. They are stamped Gilt on the reverse, being a process for applying a very thin layer of gold onto a base metal. The faces connect with a six-link chain and each measures 13 mm x 13 mm.

These cufflinks probably date from around the 1950s are in lovely vintage condition.
