Stunning Rousselet green and black Art Deco necklace

This amazing 1920s French necklace is attributed to Louis Rousselet. It is Art Deco era styling at its best and will instantly elevate any style of dress to the next level.

The necklace features mottled handmade glass beads in a wonderfully fresh shade of green. The larger central beads are flanked by geometric shaped black wooden beads that accentuate the Art Deco styling. Black glass beads and black and green rondels continue up the necklace, further accenting the luscious green beads. The large central bead measures 23 cm across.

Slightly longer than most necklaces dating from the era, this necklace is a comfortable 45 cm long. The beads are threaded onto a woven chain, and the closure is a signature Rousselet beehive screw clasp  stamped “Made in France”.
