Original Edwardian rhinestone bow brooch

This is a wonderful Edwardian brooch to wear on a jacket or little black dress perhaps, or to use as a dress decoration on a sash, wedding gown or even a glamorous hat!

It is formed into an elegant bow shape measuring a generous 9 cm x 4 cm. The antiqued metal setting with filigree detail is set with dozens of 5 mm clawset rhinestones that sparkle like new and have little of the mellowing so often seen in pieces over 100 years old. It has a simple pin and C clasp closure typical of its era.
