Trifari goldtone and pearl mid-Century bracelet

This bracelet is a classic example of the abiding and elegant styling of mid-Century jewellery by the Trifari design house – one of the most respected and admired producers of costume jewellery in the United States since the 1920s.

This timeless piece comprises matt, textured links in a lovely soft gold-tone colour, each set with a creamy oval shaped faux pearl in a charming offset and alternating design. It is signed Trifari on the textured fold-over clasp and is in good condition with minimal wear to the goldtone plating. It measures 18 cm long.

Founded in the 1910s by Gustavo Trifari, the Italian-immigrant son of a Napoli goldsmith, the company designed jewellery that has been worn by countless high-profile clients from Mamie Eisenhower to Madonna. Good quality, signed Trifari jewellery is today highly collectable.
