ORDERING FROM US

We want you to be delighted with your Crystal Heirlooms vintage headdress or wedding accessory and to have a positive experience when buying from us. Please therefore read the following information carefully:

Paying with PayPal

We only accept payment made via PayPal. PayPal accept all major credit and debit cards and you don’t need a PayPal account to use this option. Click on the image below to find out more.

Placing your order

Each product description page contains a "Buy Now" button. By clicking on this you will be re-directed to PayPal's secure payments pages. You don't need a PayPal account to use this payment method - you can opt to pay by credit card instead.

Postal Charges

Purchases despatched within the UK will be sent via Royal Mail’s Special Delivery tracked and signed for service and will usually be charged at £8 per package. Once despatched your goods will be delivered by noon the following day.

Postal Charges are not included in the purchase price shown against each item. Our standard delivery charges will be included in the PayPal details when you click on "Buy Now". Please contact us BEFORE placing your order, by email at enquiries@crystal-heirlooms.co.uk, if you would like your order sent by an alternative method.

International Orders

We welcome international orders but please contact us before ordering as additional postage charges will apply. Please email enquiries@crystal-heirlooms.co.uk with details of the item you wish to purchase and which country the order is to be despatched to. You will be solely responsible for any import duty, taxes or other charges that may apply as well as any custom duties or charges for return parcels.

Returns and Refunds

We hope you will be delighted with your purchase from Crystal Heirlooms, but if for any reason you wish to return an item we will refund you. Please be sure to read full details of our Returns and Refunds policy.

Bespoke Designs

We require between 8 and 12 weeks notice to design, make and despatch bespoke headpieces and bridesmaids accessories, less for bespoke sashes and belts. A 50% non-refundable deposit must be paid at the time of ordering; this is because we may not be able to sell items made to your specification. The balance will be payable when your bespoke piece is finished and ready for despatch.

Minor alterations

Some of our headdresses and hairbands are wrapped with coloured ribbon specifically for fair or dark hair – you will find details in the full description of each product. We can usually change the colour of the band on request (although not always) at an additional cost of £15 per item. Please email us BEFORE placing your order to ensure that we can make the alterations you are requesting, and please allow an additional 7 days for despatch of items where minor alterations have been requested and confirmed by us.
