Please be aware that all of our hand crafted headdresses and accessories are created around vintage jewellery, lace and appliques which may not be in pristine condition. There may, for example, be slight discolouration of vintage rhinestones or tiny scratches to the surface. We carefully clean every vintage piece before incorporating it into our designs and check that all the stones and settings are secure.
Our original vintage accessories, including jewellery, cufflinks, tie accessories etc, will rarely be in ‘as new’ condition. Some may be over 100 years old! We always highlight any slight imperfections in the individual product’s description, but these usually do not detract from the charm and quality of the piece.
We also describe each of our headdresses in detail on their own product page, but do please contact us before ordering if you would like any further information about the vintage pieces used to make it.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you can choose to cancel an order from the moment you place it and up to 14 days from the day you receive it. We will make a refund within 14 days of either receiving the goods back from you, or from you providing evidence of having returned the goods (for example, a proof of postage receipt from the Post Office), whichever is the sooner. You must notify us in writing within 14 working days that you are returning the item, and you should return the item to us within a further 14 working days. You must take good care of the item, including its original packaging, whilst it is in your possession and we reserve the right to make a deduction from a refund if the product has been damaged whilst was in your possession.
We cannot accept returns for bespoke orders made by us to your specification – please see details under bespoke orders below.
Under the Consumer Rights Act, which came into force on 1 October 2015, you have a legal right to reject goods that are of unsatisfactory quality, unfit for purpose or not as described. In these circumstances we will give you a full refund, but this right is limited to 30 days from the date you buy your product. After 30 days you will not be legally entitled to a full refund if your item develops a fault. You can find out more about the Consumer Rights Act here.
We reserve the right to decline a refund, replacement or repair if there is evidence that an item has been worn for your wedding or special occasion.
