Acceptance of Orders

Crystal Heirlooms may ask you to verify information you have provided to us, or we may need to verify information we have provided, before accepting your order. If we have provided an incorrect product description due to a typographical error or an error in information received from our suppliers, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order placed for that product.

Crystal Heirlooms reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders placed via our website if we suspect that the order is fraudulent or we receive a warning via PayPal that fraud is suspected. We will send you an email advising you that we have cancelled your order.

Crystal Heirlooms reserves the right to reject an order if we have reason to believe that a customer is taking unfair advantage of our returns policy.

Product descriptions and prices

All of our products are individually assembled using a combination of vintage jewellery and new components including, but not limited to, crystals, pearls, beads, lace, applique, ribbon, feathers, millinery flowers, vintage dress decorations, headbands and combs. We make every effort to provide a clear photograph and detailed written description of all our products but we cannot guaranatee 100% accuracy. Descriptions of vintage jewellery included in your product may be based on information provided by third parties and/or currently available knowledge and whilst we make every effort to validate any information provided by third parties we are not responsible for errors or inaccuracies within these descriptions. Crystal Heirlooms reserves the right to amend product descriptions and increase or decrease prices on this website without prior notice.

Product images

Photographs of products may not accurately portray the actual colour and finish of the item. Reflective components such as crystals may be difficult to capture in an image accurately. Images on our website will may also be subject to variations beyond our control, such as your user screen resolution settings.

Availability

All of our headdresses are unique and we only ever make one of each item. If you try to purchase an item that has already been sold but our website has not yet been updated we will contact you as soon as practical to advise that the item is not longer available. We will offer you a suitable alternative, which may include a bespoke item, or we will refund you immediately.

To avoid disappointment, you can ask us to recreate a particular headdress for you. This will be subject to our being able to source identical or similar vintage pieces so despatch times and prices may vary from the original product.

Any guarantees, warranties or representations made as to delivery times are limited to mainland UK. We are not responsible for any delay in delivery occurring due to postal delays or as a result of force majeure.

Cancelling an order

You may cancel your order with us in writing within 14 days from the date you received the goods. We reserve the right to refuse a cancellation outside of this time frame. If you have already paid for the item we will refund your money within 30 days of you cancelling the order. For details of how to cancel your order please refer to our Returns and Refunds page.

If we send you the wrong item or the item is faulty you can return it and ask for a refund. In these cases Crystal Heirlooms will cover the cost of returning the items.
